Refunds policy
We accept orders from all parts of the world. Orders are confirmed with receipt of payment. Due to any reason if a customer wants to cancel his/her order, they can do so within 7 working days of sending their payment, quoting their order number and transaction number. In such a case we refund the order amount minus US$480.00 from the order amount towards administrative charges and cost of acquisition. All refunds are made within 7 working days.
Please note that refunds are not possible once the bike leaves Indian shores i.e. when you get your Bill of Lading number/ Ten days after order, whichever is earlier.Warrantee
There is 2 months warrantee on all bikes irrespective of
their year of make. In case of vintage /
restored
bikes we send additional spares along with every bike duly sealed in
the crates. We also deliver all spares and parts, as and when required, by the
customers after the expiry of the warrantee at competitive prices. Scratches and minor damage may occur during transit.

message 24 hours a day. Our customer service representatives will work for you
round the clock. For your shipping enquiries and status of the orders you can contact
any of our offices nearest to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Most of the bikes are shipped directly from India normally in 7-10 days after confirmation of your order with payments. In case of fully customized orders and Military models, it might take longer. Once the shipment is done you get the original shipping documents as full and final proof of shipment as well as delivery.
Delivery point is confirmed in advance to you before confirming your order. A change in delivery point at a later stage is not possible. Force Majore applicable. Please note as of US customs and border protection new set of regulations, buyers have to present a copy of federal id like passport for clearence or they can file ISF by themselves directly thru any CBP authorized agents/custom clearence agents. We provide all other input information.Time required for delivery varies from 15-45
days or more, depending on your location and type of order.

become absolute owners of the bike and ride at your own risk. Company is
not responsible for any damages arising directly or indirectly whatsoever thru
use of these bikes by owners.
